Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you, the business using Unitpick, and Yanki EOOD (ЯНКИ ЕООД), 58 Lyuben Karavelov St., floor 5, apt. 13, 9002 Varna, Bulgaria, company number (ЕИК) 103873992, VAT number BG103873992 (“we”). By creating an account you accept them. Unitpick is meant for businesses (developers, sales teams, agencies and web studios), not for consumers.
1. The service
Unitpick lets you outline the units of a building on pictures and plans, keep their prices and availability up to date, and show them on any website with a picker we host, where buyers can browse and send inquiries.
Unitpick is in beta and free to use. We are still changing it, so features may change or be removed. Before paid plans start you will hear from us well in advance, and nothing you have set up will stop working without notice.
2. Your account
Sign in with an email address you control and keep access to it to yourself. You are responsible for what is done in your account. Tell us straight away at hello@unitpick.app if you think someone else has access.
3. Your content
- Everything you upload or enter (pictures, renders, plans, prices, texts) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it, including on the websites where you place the picker, only to provide the service.
- You confirm you have the right to use it, including the rights to renders and photos made by architects, visualisers or photographers.
- You are responsible for its accuracy. Prices, availability and descriptions shown in the picker are yours; any sale is between you and the buyer.
4. Buyers' data: how we process it for you
When buyers send inquiries through your picker, you are the controller of their data and we process it on your behalf. This section is our data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR.
- What and why: buyers' name, email, phone, message, the unit and the page it was sent from, processed to store inquiries, show them in your dashboard and pass them to the email address or webhook you set, for as long as you keep them.
- On your instructions only: we use the data for nothing else, and the people who work on Unitpick are bound to keep it confidential.
- Security: data is encrypted in transit, each customer can only reach their own data, and access is enforced by the database.
- Sub-processors: we use the providers listed in our privacy policy. We will tell you before adding or replacing one, and you may object.
- Help: we help you answer buyers' requests (access, correction, deletion) and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.
- The end: you can export and delete inquiries at any time; when your account is closed we delete them, apart from backups that expire on their own.
You are responsible for telling buyers how you use their data, for example by linking your own privacy policy under the inquiry form (Settings → Privacy policy).
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Unitpick for anything unlawful or misleading, to send spam, to upload content you have no right to, or to disrupt, probe or copy the service. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.
6. Availability
We work to keep Unitpick running and your data safe, but during the beta it is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime. Keep your own copy of anything important; the app lets you download a backup of each project.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
8. Ending
You can delete your projects at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end the service for you with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Unitpick before then.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Varna, Bulgaria.
