Do I need a developer?
No. If you can paste text into your website editor, you can add the picker. The dashboard shows where it goes in WordPress, Webflow and Wix.
Do I need 3D renders?
No — a photo of each side works. If your architect can render 24–180 frames around the building, buyers can drag to rotate it; you trace a few frames.
How do I mark an apartment sold?
Set its status to Sold in the Apartments tab. Your site shows it within a minute. Change many at once, or import an updated price list.
Can the picker speak my buyers' language?
Yes. English and Bulgarian are built in. Add any language by typing its labels in settings; buyers switch between the ones you offer.
Google Sheets or a CRM?
Both. Paste a Sheets link on the Apartments tab and sync. For inquiries, add a webhook in settings — Zapier and Make pass it to most CRMs.
What do I need for 360° tours?
A 2:1 panoramic photo from a 360° camera, a phone panorama app or rendering software. One per room.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt). Inquiries hold visitors' contact details, so you can delete them from the dashboard at any time.
